Refund Policy

FIVE-DAY REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Marc Samuels Jewelers wants you to be pleased with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, please notify us promptly to resolve any issues. Watches and jewelry are eligible for a refund or exchange within five (5) days from the date your package is delivered.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE

  1. Condition of the watch or jewelry item is not as described or advertised.
  2. The watch or jewelry item is defective or damaged.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND/EXCHANGE

  1. Final sale items
  2. Items that were worn and damaged
  3. Requested items or specifically sourced pieces, including custom jewelry or sourced timepieces

REFUND/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To qualify for a refund, the item being returned must be in the condition it was sold in. Please retain all original packaging in which the items were shipped and return all items included in the original package. We ask that you pack your return securely to avoid possible damage during shipment back to Marc Samuels Jewelers. If any items are missing from the return shipment, refunds may be delayed until all original items are received.

REFUNDS

Once your item is received, it will be inspected for signs of wear or damage, which could affect your refund eligibility. Upon completion of the inspection, a refund will be processed and issued to the original method of payment. In the unlikely event that a return package is lost in transit, an insurance claim will be processed, and a refund will only be issued upon completion of the claim. Marc Samuels Jewelers does not offer cash refunds. Please allow up to three (3) business days for funds to be credited back to the original account.
