Both showrooms buy pre owned luxury watches outright, accept trade ups toward a new piece, and carry an active inventory of pre owned Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille, and Omega. Yes. Custom design is one of our most requested services and is handled by our in house jeweler at the Frisco showroom. The process starts with a conversation about what you have in mind, moves through a CAD drawing and wax model for your approval, and ends with a finished piece you helped shape from the start. Most custom projects take four to six weeks from first sketch to finished ring.

We have a deep network for sourcing, and we can often locate a piece for you within days even if it isn't currently in case.

Watches purchased or serviced with Marc Samuels are covered by our two-year limited warranty, or by the original manufacturer's warranty if it runs longer, starting from the date on your invoice. The coverage includes repairs handled by our team during that two-year window. Vintage watches 25 years and older are excluded due to the limited availability of replacement parts, and the warranty does not cover water damage, external wear, missing external stones, or any third-party repairs. Every watch we sell also comes with our Authenticity Guarantee, meaning each piece has been examined and verified as genuine before it leaves our showroom.

We stand behind every piece of fine jewelry we sell. Complimentary cleaning, polishing, ring sizing up or down, prong retipping, and replacement of small accent stones that fall out are all included at no charge for as long as you own the piece.
