• No Returns or exchanges on custom made jewelry and special-order watches

• No Returns on all jewelry and watches
• Limited 10-day Exchange Policy on non-custom jewelry and non-special-order watches
  • Jewelry must still be in excellent condition, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for exchange
  • Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for exchange. All packaging, instructions, and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the exchange of a watch.
